Shipping Policy

SHIPPING TIMELINE 
Our every order will be dispatched within 24 hours 
And the shipping time for customer to receive order is 3-4 Business Days

( Still time taken to deliver the order to customer depends on Shipping partner) 

We use a secure courier service to make sure your product reaches you safe and sound. A delivery tracking number is always provided to track the package, so you can order with confidence. We've got a great selection of delivery options available to make sure we get your new clothes to you when and how it’s convenient for you.

 

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. For any refund, courier charges will be borne by the customer.

 

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

We generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude Public Holidays and Sundays.

 

THE DELIVERY TIME COMMITTED FOR MY ORDER IS OVER NOW. WHAT DO I DO?

In such a case, we suggest you please reach out to our customer care representatives and we will contact you with a possible solution at the earliest.

Return & Exchange Policy

After placing a return request with Customer Service, it normally takes 4 business days for the product to be picked up from your location and another 7 days for the refund to be processed after a successful product inspection by the quality control department. When the item is received in our warehouse, it is subjected to a two-day quality check. The method of payment you select will determine when you receive your refund.

*For COD orders, refund against return will be given as in-store credits.

We will reimburse the entire order cost, including any shipping expenses, if the order is lost or not delivered to your preferred location.
Order shipping and COD handling expenses will not be returned if you return an order that has been delivered to you.
