Refund and Exchange Policy

After placing a return request with Customer Service, it normally takes 4 business days for the product to be picked up from your location and another 7 days for the refund to be processed after a successful product inspection by the quality control department. When the item is received in our warehouse, it is subjected to a two-day quality check. The method of payment you select will determine when you receive your refund or exchanged goods.

 

The expected REFUND/EXCHANGED GOODS RECEIPT timelines are as below:

-       Prepaid Orders : 7 Business days after successful quality check

-       *COD Orders : 7 Business days after successful quality check

*For COD orders, refund against return will be given as in-store credits.

 

Please review the following guidelines to understand who pays for return shipping based on the reason for return:

Return Shipping to be borne by Customer

The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
  • Change of mind or ordering the wrong product by mistake.
  • Wrong size or fit selected, even when accurate size charts were provided.
  • Product damage caused by customer misuse or improper handling.

Return Shipping to be Borne by Seller

We will cover return shipping costs in the following cases:

  • Incorrect product sent (different item than what was ordered).
  • Damaged or defective product received.
  • Product not as described (significant mismatch with website description or images).
  • Missing items or components in the order.
  • Wrong size shipped by us, despite correct size being selected at checkout.

We will reimburse the entire order cost, including any shipping expenses, if the order is lost or not delivered to your preferred location.

Order shipping and COD handling expenses (if applied at checkout) will not be returned if you return an order that has been delivered to you.
